Job Summary:
Clear Direction Sales & Marketing Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that drives brand awareness, member engagement, loan and membership growth within the credit union sector.
The role requires a strong blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership to oversee campaigns across digital and traditional channels with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with credit union goals.
- Lead and manage cross-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, content, merchandising and promotional events).
- Conduct market research to identify trends, member insights, and competitive landscape.
- Create digital content to drive brand awareness.
- Collaborate with numerous teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics (ROI, conversion rates, etc.).
- Oversee content creation, including posts, case studies, newsletters, and ad copy.
- To undertake other duties as directed from time to time by the CEO.
- Reporting to the CEO on a weekly basis, on activity and success using key KPIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing (credit union experience preferred but not essential).
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaign development and execution.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (Sponsored Ads, Ezine, Canva, Website).
- Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Video Editing.
- Full Clean Driving License.
